SUZAAN SIEW HUA
For nearly 30 years, I have worked at the intersection of logistics, trade, and cross-border growth — connecting markets across the Middle East, Southeast Asia, and India. As a proud Malaysian and founder of a female-owned enterprise, I believe business should uplift ecosystems, not just individual companies.
My career spans both corporate leadership and entrepreneurship, giving me practical insight into operations, expansion strategy, and the realities business owners face when entering new markets.
After stepping back from frontline logistics operations, I transitioned into the event and business networking sphere — discovering it to be just as dynamic and complex as global supply chains. During Expo 2020 Dubai, I served as a Key Volunteer, proudly supporting Malaysia’s engagement on the global stage — an experience that strengthened my passion for building international bridges.
Seeing the challenges Asia Pacific SMEs encounter when entering the Middle East, I founded EGLITZ to create structured, responsible market-entry pathways through curated events and strategic alliances. I also played a role in expanding E3 Hubs – Entrepreneurs Empowering Entrepreneurs Network into the UAE, reinforcing its mission of Entrepreneurship, Empowerment & Ecosystem across borders.
Today, I continue to serve on the Executive Committee of the Malaysian Business Council UAE, continuing my commitment to strengthening Malaysia–UAE trade relations.
My philosophy is simple: collaboration must be structured, value-driven, and financially sustainable for all stakeholders. When partnerships are built on integrity and shared growth, businesses don’t just expand — they thrive together.
